What we store
Three credentials, if you give them to us: an Anthropic API key, a Google Gemini API key, and the connection details for your Neo4j database. Each is encrypted with a KMS envelope scoped to your tenant and decrypted only at the moment of a call. We cannot export them, and nor can anyone who obtains a copy of our database without also holding our KMS keys.
We also store your tenant record, your usage counts, and your email address, which is required to sign up.
We keep the email. We use it to tell you when your brain has stopped working properly — the failure that matters here is a silent one, where Alice keeps answering normally with her memory gone, and you would have no way of knowing. We also use it to replace a lost key, and we will occasionally write to you about the product itself. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone. Ask at alice@13rt.com and we will delete it and stop writing.
What we don't store
Your conversations. Everything Alice remembers is written to your Neo4j instance, which belongs to you and which we hold nothing but access to. We keep no copy, no transcript, and no analytics over what you say to her.
This is not a promise about our intentions — it is how the product is built, and it is the reason there is no per-message price. We never pay for your inference, your storage or your recall, so there is nothing about your volume for us to meter and nothing about your content for us to want.
What we do with your keys
Use them to answer your turns, and nothing else. Your Anthropic key runs your voice, your Gemini key runs your memory search, and your Neo4j holds your graph. Every call made with them is one you asked for. We do not use them for our own work, our own testing, or anyone else's account.
Taking it back
There is a Disconnect button on your setup page, and an endpoint behind it — POST /api/v1/account/disconnect — that deletes every credential and configuration document we hold for you, immediately, without asking us.
It deliberately does not touch your graph. Your memories are in your database and were never ours to delete; after disconnecting, the brain simply cannot reach them. If you want them gone, they are yours to drop.
The free trial
Free means free: no card, no expiry date set, and a generous monthly turn allowance. You pay your own providers directly for the thinking and the storage — that is the whole arrangement, and it is why we can offer this without a meter running.
It is a trial, so it comes with no uptime guarantee and no promise that it lasts forever. If that changes you will be told before it affects you, and disconnecting always works.
